Pinot Gris Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups water
- 3 unflavored tea bags
- 1/2 bottle of Pinot Gris
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
Directions
- 1. In a 4 quart saucepan bring water to boil.
- 2. Add the tea and mint leaves.
- 3. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat.
- 5. Remove the tea bags and add the Pinot Gris, lemonade, sugar, and stir well.
- 6. Serve over ice with additional mint leaves.
