Bubbly Watermelon Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 6 ounces lemonade from frozen concentrate
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup Champagne
- 10 cups watermelon balls
Directions
- 1. First use a small serving scope to make watermelon balls. Keep refrigerated until needed.
- 2. In medium size saucepan, combine water and honey.
- 3. Bring to boil, and stir until honey is dissolved.
- 4. Stir in lemonade, mint leaves, and Champagne.
- 5. Place watermelon balls in a large serving bowl.
- 6. Pour mixture over fruit, cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
- 7. And lastly, before serving sprinkle lightly with mint leaves.
